01 Jul 2026Works great. The flame is super precise. The tank lasts forever (using Colibri gas in this case, but surely works with cheaper gas too). The flame holds up well in a light breeze and is strong enough to heat mechanical vapes perfectly and precisely. Refilling is a breeze without an adapter and keeps the thing fueled for several days. In a controlled, windless environment, the flame is absolutely spot-on. For instant fun, I sometimes switch to Rothenberger Gas Turbo or a Zippo Double Flame, but this thing is the ultimate all-rounder of lighters, and it’s made in Japan... Used it with the Dynavap Hyperdyn. If you're looking to use it as a torch lighter for a cigarette, or whatever, it would definitely be a 10 out of 10. If you have some cash to burn and don't know what to spend it on, you can confidently buy it after reading this. Zero regrets! :-)
